Post Natal Pilates

Piccolo Pilates are running post natal pilates classes at the Carnegie Community Hub on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm.

Come and unwind, work on breathing and re-centering the body. The class will have a focus of working from the inside out. Looking at pelvic floor and all of the integral muscles that can be overstretched and weakened during pregnancy.

The class look work on posture and look at the whole body as it’s all affected and needs some good attention after birth!

This class will hopefully relax you but always leave you feeling stronger and more connected.
